WEBINAR ON CYCLING-RELATED INJURIES

Dr Lingaraj spoke about cycling-related injuries at a webinar organised by Gleneagles Hospital. Titled 'Cycling - Too much of a good thing can sometimes be bad', it focused on overuse injuries arising from this popular sport. 

The take-home message was that, as with most things in life, moderation is key. A steady and gradual increase in training intensity also helps to prevent these injuries from occurring.

OPENING OF NEW CLINIC - ORTHOPAEDIC AND HAND SURGERY PARTNERS - AT GLENEAGLES HOSPITAL

2 April 2020
Dr Lingaraj's new clinic at Gleneagles Hospital - Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery Partners - officially started operations on 2 April 2020. He was honoured to see Mr Germain Chapart as his first patient. His partners at this group practice are Dr David Tan and Dr Sandeep Sebastin, who are both accomplished hand surgeons.

70TH ANNUAL CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINE ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATION

14 November 2019 

Dr Lingaraj was invited to speak at a symposium organised by the Philippine Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine in Manila. His topics covered 'Complications associated with hamstring grafts in ACL reconstruction' and 'Lateral tenodesis augmentation in ACL reconstruction'.

6TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HO CHI MINH ARTHROSCOPY SOCIETY

5 July 2019
Dr Lingaraj was invited to deliver a lecture at this meeting, which was held in Danang, Vietnam. His talks covered 'Hamstring graft size in ACL reconstruction' and 'ACL reconstruction – does earlier surgery mean fewer meniscal and cartilage injuries ?'
